SHIPPING FEES AND METHODS OF DELIVERY:
Unless explicitly stated on our web site, shipping is not included in the price
of any of the items we sell. The shipping prices shown in our shopping cart
are calculated based on your location and the products you order. Express mail
is the default option. DHL and UPS are also available.
Please note that you you may incur import fees or duties. It is has been our
experience over the last eleven years that 99.9% of all packages we ship to
the USA arrive without any duties charged however we are not responsible for
any brokerage and/or duty charges that may be charged. Your Government may charge
import duties and this is something we have absolutely no control over.
Order status can be checked online. If you need futher assisance status of

to Friday to speak with someone in shipping.
Please note that we are unable to process orders for the Virgin Islands, Guam
and Puerto Rico. We do not accept any APO orders.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice or obligation! We cannot
be held responsible for errors or price increases. Pricing is reflective of
current market fluctuations and price changes from suppliers. We will notify
customers if there is a price change on any item ordered via our shopping cart
and we will not process your order until we receive confirmation that you agree
with the pricing change. Please verify current pricing on ALL items when placing

We accept the following methods of payment:
Visa and Mastercard - billed in US funds. For credit card payment we
ship to the billing address associated with your card. For your security we
do not offer alternate shipping addresses.
PayPal - We accpt PayPal and ship to your paypal confirmed address only.
If you do not have a confirmed address your payment will not be processed.
International Money Order - US Postal International Money Orders are
accepted. These are the salmon (pink) colored. We cannot accept domestic (green)

if an item you ordered has been shipped or to request a tracking number etc.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
In the event you aren't satisfied with your purchase, returns or exchanges must
be done within 7-days after an item is received via mail order. We require that
you contact us at 905-665-5466 or by e-mail to obtain
a Return Authorization Number to return your purchase to us for exchange or
refund. Important Note: We charge a 15% restocking fee on any and all returns.
Any items returned for exchange or refund must be received in original and undamaged
condition including all original packaging and warranty cards. Please do not
submit warranty cards until you are certain that you will not be returning your
purchase for refund or exchange.
No refunds or exchanges on special order items, books or software. We reserve
the right to refuse any return or exchange if the product or packaging is in
an unacceptable condition and no RA # is shown on the shipping carton. Shipping
fees are non-refundable. Never return an item by any courier service. All returns
are to be sent by surface mail. Do not send by Priority Mail as we will have
to pay import fees. In the event you return an item to us and we are forced
to pay import fees, this amount will be taken off the funds that will be issued
for your refund.
